How can I tell if I have woodworm?

Woodworms leave tiny holes in wood between 1 to 1.5mm where they have burrowed through the wood. There will be numerus holes in the wood

How can I tell if I the infestation is live?

A fine powder known as Frass around the hole will indicate that the infestation is live.

Do I need to treat an old infestation?

Only active infestations need to be treated.

Is the treatment guaranteed?

All areas that we treat come with a 15-year guarantee.

Is there a point when the structure of the wood is beyond treatment?

If the damage to the wooden structure exceeds 30% , you may need to consider its structural integrity.

We had Locky come to our house as we had unwanted pigeons living under our solar panels. He came, assessed and told us the best way to deal with having them not come back again.He kept me informed and when he did come over to get the work done he was very tidy with his work.We are pigeon free now and no longer have to hear the pigeons walking along the roof tiles making a noise. Although they do come back to see if they can try and get back under the solar panels.If you have a pest problem I have no hesitation and would highly recommend using Locky. I hired Locky in to arrange removal of a Bees next on a grade 2 listed building,From the start communication was fantastic,Even going out his way to supply scaffolders with bees protection suits so they could erect the scaffolding,Excellent removal and relocation of the bees,And also found and removed another hive while on site.All great communication with my customer.Would highly recommend for another future bee issues.
